The Florida Supreme Court issued an order on December 28, 2009, requiring Mediation on any primary residence that is a Homesteaded property, and has been served with a Foreclosure Summons.  This order is a result of the overwhelming number of foreclosures in Florida, and the overload of work by the Lenders in meeting the requests of homeowners to save their home from foreclosure with relief on monthly payments.

 

As a professional with 20 + years experience in the Residential Mortgage and Real Estate Industry, Stu brings a natural level of expertise that is second to none in assisting both parties --- the Lender and the Homeowner in meeting in an informal setting to work out a viable resolution that assists the Homeowner in continuing to live in the home, and assists the Lender in regaining a good performing loan.
