Our goal is to serve as the impartial facilitator in dispute resolution, by reviewing the issues with all parties.  As a Mediator, we do not impose a resolution or force a settlement on any of the parties, but rather create the Agenda for discussing the issues, and actively assist the parties in problem solving, so that a level of agreement regarding the issues may be reached.

We are committed to taking the imbalance out of the negotiation, to assist the parties in their decision making.
